Good news ! The 4-stroke toilets are free again by flashing the Westfield loyalty card (available on the free app). Limited to 2 passages per day but it's still better than nothing… In my opinion the ideal is the toilets on the 3rd floor (yes there are restaurants) because there is no staff to take payments (everything is automatic) unlike those next to Paul. So probably a little less supervised, and especially the partitions are low at the urinals so you can see the neighbour's cock discreetly :) Stay discreet…!

I was not a con-descendant, but hey, you have to go to level -1 at the very least (there are also accesses u -2 and -3). Clarifications: the toilets mentioned have become chargeable (0.70) so I don't think it jerks off a lot. The dungeons are free, but they sometimes stink horribly, it disgusts me but sometimes it's okay and I do my own thing. Watch out for police rounds, gangs of sometimes very very young scum who come just to piss off. I'm not saying this to be dramatic, most of the time everything is ok.
